This group is for anyone interested in Tai Chi. I am a beginner looking to learn Tai Chi for fitness, health and community. I would like to have frequent free meetups at a local park so we can enjoy the benefits of Tai Chi.
If you are interested in learning Tai Chi for inner peace, and as a therapeutic method for the body, then you will gain allot from these classes. Tai Chi Bliss is a method of learning the healing principles within Tai Chi through meditation methods and sequences of movement. The cost break down for 1 hour classes is $10 per student.
